These Terms of Use govern access to bloomopureie.world and the purchase of DeskBlueprint workspace organization consultation products offered by Bloomopureie. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Description

We provide professional consultations on workspace organization, including desk audits, full-room blueprints, and monthly coaching. Deliverables are advisory in nature: layout suggestions, zone maps, checklists, and optional label systems. We do not perform construction, electrical work, or physical moving services unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, scrape content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious code. Content on bloomopureie.world is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced for commercial use without consent.

4. Bookings and Payment

Consultation products are listed in EUR on workspace-offers.html. Prices include Dutch VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before sessions unless corporate invoicing is approved. We may refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion with a refund of unused fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, grant safe access for on-site visits, and disclose relevant constraints such as rental restrictions or accessibility needs. You are responsible for implementing physical changes and for purchases made based on our recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

Custom blueprints and documents prepared for you are licensed for personal or internal business use. Bloomopureie retains rights to methodologies and templates. You may not resell our deliverables as a competing service.

7. Confidentiality

We treat workspace photos and business information as confidential within our team and processors bound by agreement. You agree not to share proprietary templates we provide beyond your organization without permission.

8. Disclaimer

Consultation outcomes depend on your implementation and environment. We do not guarantee specific productivity results. Advice regarding ergonomics follows general best practices and is not a substitute for occupational health assessments where legally required.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Bloomopureie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a consultation product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bloomopureie against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or harm caused during on-site visits where attributable to your premises or conduct.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, public transport disruption, illness, or government measures affecting Amsterdam operations.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use. Updated versions are posted on this page with a new date. Material changes to booked services will be communicated to affected clients.

14. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
