Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to workspace organization consultation products sold by Bloomopureie under the DeskBlueprint brand. Because our products are services rather than physical goods, refunds and rescheduling follow the rules below.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, if you request that we begin the consultation during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, that right may not apply after completion. For partially completed services, a reasonable fee for work already done may be charged.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before the session: You may reschedule once at no charge or cancel for a full refund of prepaid fees to the original payment method within ten business days.

24 to 48 hours before the session: Rescheduling is available with a €25 administrative fee, or you may receive a 50% refund if you cancel.

Less than 24 hours before the session: Cancellations are non-refundable. We will offer one reschedule subject to availability.

No-show: If you do not attend a confirmed on-site or virtual session without notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund is due.

4. Monthly Organization Coaching

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel future months by written notice at least seven days before the next billing date via admin@bloomopureie.world. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once sessions have been scheduled, unless we cancel or fail to deliver.

5. Digital Deliverables

Once blueprint documents, zone maps, or checklists have been delivered electronically, refunds are limited to cases of material error in scope or failure to provide agreed deliverables. Subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic choices is not grounds for a full refund if the agreed scope was met.

6. Add-Ons and Physical Items

Printed label kits shipped within the Netherlands may be returned unopened within fourteen days; return shipping is at your expense unless items were defective. Opened or customized label sets are non-returnable.

7. Cancellations by Bloomopureie

If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or studio unavailability, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We are not liable for indirect costs such as travel you may have incurred unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank processing times may vary. Contact us with your booking reference and payment date to expedite review.

9. Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns fairly. Contact DeskBlueprint before initiating chargebacks so we can investigate. Unfounded chargebacks may affect future booking eligibility.

10. Business Clients

Corporate clients with signed agreements are governed by contract terms where they differ from this policy. Otherwise, these rules apply as general terms.
