Complete Workspace Blueprint (€249): Room measurements, furniture lists, and session recordings (if agreed) are used solely to produce your blueprint documents. Deliverables are shared via encrypted links where possible.
Monthly Organization Coaching (€149/month): Recurring sessions generate progress logs and habit reminders. You may limit photo sharing to verbal descriptions if preferred.
6. Retention Periods
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Active customer records: duration of the business relationship plus up to seven years for tax and legal compliance
- Consultation photos and room notes: typically twenty-four months after final delivery unless you request deletion sooner
